Join us for a few free & fun nature outings at Old City Park this summer. Intern, Jalie Shemanski, will be sharing three of her favorite nature activities. These activities are geared toward the early childhood ages (3-6ish years young), but families of all ages are welcome! The programs encourage families to explore, learn, and discover together. All the materials the kids need will be on hand, but they are welcome to bring their own if they have any. No reservations are required. Listen to the story Fairy Houses by Tracy Kane and how one little girl's creativity and imagination attract some wild friends. We will explore the park in search of the perfect place to create your tiny home. Natural materials will be on hand to help you build along with anything on the ground that we do not have to pick! Feel free to bring a few extra materials, twigs, leaves, flower petals, and pebbles.org
