- Coordinate, manage, maintain and execute a variety of art classes for adults and children.
- Solicit quality instructors to fill a wide variety of areas of interest.
- Maintain class registration records.
- Set fair and consistent pricing for classes and instructor fees.
- Work with area art centers to avoid class redundancy.
- Manage and schedule classroom usage.
- Evaluate, monitor and make any changes necessary to ensure quality programs are intact.
- Work with BAC Communications for outreach and promotion of classes.
- Keep the Board of Directors informed of the status of classes.
